Return & Refund Policy
At Forge Skin, we have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with the protective plastic film intact, and in its original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if the protective plastic seal on the product has been broken or tampered with.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@try-forge.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@try-forge.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used skincare products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you have questions about your specific item, feel free to reach out to us.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, the fastest way is to return the item (if eligible) and make a new purchase for the desired product.
Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
